The Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV’s) are designed for applications requiring transfer of pallet loads from multi-line pickup conveyors to single or multiple drop-off stations. These are equipped with an on board infra-red positioning system for precise alignment with conveyor stations and a microwave communications rail that allows for continuous communication with the host system.

Safety bumpers and onboard scanners sense obstacles in the path of the car, enhancing operating safety. The AGV can be customized to handle multiple pallets, equipped with lift tables to handle multiple elevations and more to meet other system requirements. AGV’s eliminate the need for additional conveyors and allow for open space for forklift access. In addition, the AGV’s increase efficiency, and also reduce traffic and product damage caused by forklifts.
