Powered Roller Conveyor
Powered Roller Conveyor uses low voltage controls and motors to convey product. Each accumulation zone contains a powered motor roller and banded slave rollers. Motor controller cards are networked together and can be quickly configured to work in singulation or slug release mode. Zones run only when product is present, thereby reducing conveyor noise, power usage and maintenance.

Baseline
viastore’s baseline powered roller conveyor is an economical option for transportation. Equipment can have devices added in the field and can be controlled from a PLC. Equipment is provided with power distribution wiring and is set up to run continuously when power is applied.
Accumulation
viastore’s standard accumulation powered roller conveyor uses embedded logic that controls beds’ accumulation sequence. Beds can be used in slug or singulation mode. Equipment is provided with power distribution, photoeyes for each zone, and Ethernet links between zones for communication.
Programmable
viastore’s programmable series powered roller conveyor is designed with an Allen Bradley 1799 controller that allows a number of options for controlling. By using a DeviceNet network, users can create and modify customized coding embedded on each bed or can use a PLC to connect to and control the conveyor through the network. Spare I/O points are provided on each bed allowing users to add field devices without extensive wiring. Equipment is provided with power distribution, photoeyes for each zone, DeviceNet links between zones for communication, spare I/O points, and onboard logic controller.
